About me

My name is Lionel. It’s pronounced like Lionel Messi. I am a software engineer living in Berlin, Germany. I am lucky enough to be paid to work on open source software. I am part of a team that develops the Nakadi Event Broker, as well as related tools such as Bubuku, a supervisor for Apache Kafka. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, skiing, eating great food, and reading.
